The Bronx High School of Science Wolverines were able to grind out a solid win over Math Science & Engineering on Thursday, taking the game 6-1. The six-run effort marked the Wolverines' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Bronx High School of Science's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Math Science & Engineering, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bronx High School of Science will head out to challenge Laguardia at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Math Science & Engineering, they will venture away from home to face off against Fashion Industries at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
