Basketball Game Preview: Council Lumberjacks vs. Compass Charter Aviators

The Council Lumberjacks will take on the Compass Charter Aviators at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Council strolled past Vision with points to spare, taking the game 48-32. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lumberjacks.

Meanwhile, Compass Charter didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Victory Charter on Tuesday, but they still walked away with a 38-34 win. The victory continues a trend for the Aviators in their matchups with the Vipers: they've now won three in a row.

Council's record is now 12-8. As for Compass Charter, their record now sits at 16-7.

Council couldn't quite finish off Compass Charter when the teams last played last Tuesday and fell 52-50. Can Council avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
