It was a good run, but Tug Valley unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the St. Joseph Central Irish. If the Panthers were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Irish when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Tug Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for St. Joseph Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Tug Valley and St. Joseph Central will both be playing Martin County the next time they take the court. The Irish will head out to face the Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Panthers will play them later in the day, at 8:00 p.m.
