Volleyball Recap: Tipton Comes Up Short

If Tipton was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Frankton on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Blue Devils fell just short of the Twin Lakes Indians by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Blue Devils were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Trynadee Tilley paced Tipton's offense, picking up ten kills. Tilley got some help from Bella Henderson and her 11 assists. Henderson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Tipton's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Twin Lakes, their victory bumped their record up to 10-13.

Tipton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Western on the 4th. As for Twin Lakes, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Benton Central on the 4th.
