Baseball Recap: Sturgeon Comes Up Short

The Sturgeon Bulldogs came up short against the Schuyler County Rams on Wednesday, falling 16-1.

Sturgeon's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Schuyler County, they pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Sturgeon and Paris will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Schuyler County, they will take on Scotland County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
