Basketball Recap: Beach Channel Comes Up Short

Beach Channel suffered their closest loss since December 20, 2023 on Thursday. They fell just short of the Richmond Hill Lions by a score of 70-67. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Saturday (61), the Dolphins still had to take the loss.

Beach Channel now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Richmond Hill, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-6.

Beach Channel wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 71-41 defeat against Lane on the 6th. Richmond Hill has also already played their next contest, a 59-54 loss against John Adams on the 6th.
