Softball Recap: Northwood Chargers vs. Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers
Northwood's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They came out on top against the Bartlett Yancey Buccaneers by a score of 15-5 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). Jasmine Wichowski was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out 11 batters over six innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits. Those 11 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
