Volleyball Recap: El Camino Wildcats vs. Lincoln Hornets

With a playoff win on the line, El Camino rose to the challenge on Friday. They won by a set and slipped past the Lincoln Hornets 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

El Camino took Lincoln into a fifth set where they got it done with a four-point win. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-14, 17-25, 19-25, 15-11.

Makayla Boone was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had 24 digs and two assists. That's the most digs she has posted since back in September.

El Camino was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 17 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 12 aces in three consecutive contests.
