Summit Shasta won the last time they faced Basis Independent Silicon Valley and things went their way on Thursday too. The Summit Shasta Black Bears walked away with an 87-78 win over the Basis Independent Silicon Valley Bobcats. The victory was nothing new for the Black Bears as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Summit Shasta's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.0 points per game. As for Basis Independent Silicon Valley, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-5.

Coincidentally, Summit Shasta and Basis Independent Silicon Valley will both be playing The Nueva School the next time they take the court. Summit Shasta will host The Nueva School at 7:45 p.m. on Saturday, while Basis Independent Silicon Valley will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
