Softball Recap: St. Louis Park Comes Up Short

St. Louis Park came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Waconia Wildcats, falling 10-4. The Orioles haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

St. Louis Park's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Waconia, their win bumped their record up to 5-11.

St. Louis Park wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 16-2 defeat against Chanhassen on the 13th. As for Waconia, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 14-11 victory against Chaska on the 13th.
