Soccer Game Preview: Brewster Academy National vs. Hebron Academy

The Brewster Academy National Bobcats will square off against the Hebron Academy Lumberjacks at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Brewster Academy National has given up an average of 3.2 goals per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Brewster Academy National is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Phillips Exeter Academy just ended the team's four-match winning streak on Saturday. They lost 5-1 to the Lions.

Meanwhile, Kents Hill School kept up with Hebron Academy until halftime on Saturday, but afterwards: not so much. The Lumberjacks' defense stepped up to hand the Huskies a 3-0 shutout.

Hebron Academy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Brewster Academy National, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Brewster Academy National came out on top in a nail-biter against Hebron Academy in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Bobcats repeat their success, or do the Lumberjacks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
