Aiden Hernandez put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in November of 2024 on Friday. He rushed for 66 yards and one touchdown, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long.

Looking ahead, Hernandez and Leakey will face off against Nueces Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Panthers thanks in part to Hernandez: he rushed for 94 yards and three scores on only ten carries, and also picked up 44 receiving yards and one TD.
