Winchester Community strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Union County Patriots by a score of 9-4. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 on Saturday.

Bryce Tippett was excellent, scoring two runs while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Tre Weist, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

Winchester Community's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Union County, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Winchester Community will look to defend their home field on Monday against Muncie Central at 6:00 p.m. As for Union County, they will head out on the road to face off against North Decatur at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
