Soccer Recap: St. Thomas Aquinas Takes a Loss

St. Thomas Aquinas managed to slip by Kennedy Memorial the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Trojans came up short against the Mustangs on Friday, falling 8-2. Things were pretty much settled by the half as St. Thomas Aquinas were already down 7-0.

Aaliyah Coogan and Angelina Romaine scored both of St. Thomas Aquinas' goals, bringing their combined season tally to three goals.

St. Thomas Aquinas' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Kennedy Memorial, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, St. Thomas Aquinas will head out on the road to square off against North Brunswick at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Kennedy Memorial, they will be playing at home against Highland Park at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
