Grandview had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Discovery Canyon on Saturday. The Wolves blew past the Thunder 3-0. The win was nothing new for the Wolves as they're now sitting on five straight.

Alejandro Garcia paced Grandview's offense, picking up 14 kills. Garcia got some help from Devan Hall and his 34 assists.

Grandview's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Discovery Canyon, they moved to 11-3 with that defeat, which also ended their seven-game winning streak.

Grandview has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Fossil Ridge on the 12th. As for Discovery Canyon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 loss against Valor Christian on the 12th.
