Soccer Recap: Harrison Takes a Loss

Harrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Rye Garnets, falling 3-0. While losing is never fun, Harrison can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 50th, while Rye are ranked fourth).

Harrison's loss dropped their record down to 3-3-1. As for Rye, the win keeps them at an undefeated 9-0-3.

Looking ahead, Harrison will head out to face off against Eastchester at 4:30 p.m. on the 15th. As for Rye, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent at 7:00 p.m.
