Basketball Recap: Mooreland Snags Fourth Victory in Last Five Games

It was a proper cat-fight when Mooreland took on Turpin on Friday. The Mooreland Bearcats came out on top against the Turpin Cardinals by a score of 51-44. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 40-27 back in December of 2024.

Mooreland has also been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for Turpin, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Mooreland didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 33-26 win against Canton on the 25th. As for Turpin, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 63-30 victory against Waynoka on the 25th.
