There's no place like home for Lawson, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They never let the Wellington-Napoleon Tigers get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Friday. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.

Lawson's win was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Wellington-Napoleon, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5.

Looking ahead, Lawson will square off against Benton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wellington-Napoleon, they will head out on the road to face off against Polo at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Tigers surely won't give up without a fight.
