Fowler won against Chowchilla last Tuesday with six runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Saturday. Fowler came out on top against the Pioneer Valley Panthers by a score of 6-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Redcats, who have now won five games in a row.

Fowler's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Pioneer Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Looking ahead, Fowler will head out to challenge Yosemite at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Fowler 2.4, Yosemite 2.1) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Pioneer Valley, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Pioneer Valley Panthers take on San Luis Obispo Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
