Basketball Game Preview: Haskell Haymakers vs. Hulbert Riders

Haskell and Hulbert are an even 3-3 against one another since January of 2015, but not for long. After both having extra time off, both will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Haskell easily dispatched Porter two weeks ago, but unfortunately both the margin and the ultimate result were a different story in this one. Haskell fell just short of Chouteau-Mazie by a score of 45-43 last Friday.

Meanwhile, Hulbert was beaten by Summit Christian Academy 81-37 two weeks ago. The match marked the Riders' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Haskell's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Hulbert, their loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-5.
