Calvary Christian has gone a perfect 10-0 against Tampa Catholic recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Warriors will welcome the Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Calvary Christian 1.2, Tampa Catholic 2.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Calvary Christian's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over Cardinal Mooney. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Calvary Christian got a great performance from Grayson Gibson as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over six innings pitched. Gibson has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one earned run in eight consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Calvary Christian's victory was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Maximus Mayes, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Meanwhile, Tampa Catholic came up short against Cambridge Christian on Tuesday and fell 6-2.

Tampa Catholic's defeat dropped their record down to 18-6. As for Calvary Christian, their win bumped their record up to 21-3.

Thursday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Calvary Christian hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .335. However, it's not like Tampa Catholic struggles in that department as they've averaged .313. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
