Chesapeake suffers sixth straight loss at home

Recap: Chesapeake Cougars vs. Meade Mustangs

This season hasn't been kind to the Chesapeake Cougars, who are still winless after their tenth matchup. They were beaten by Meade 71-39 on Tuesday. Chesapeake has struggled against Meade recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Meade got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Arouna Soumaoro out in front who scored 15 points. Another player making a difference was Zamar Jones, who scored 14 points.

Chesapeake's loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Meade, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season.
