Soccer Recap: Dardanelle Takes a Loss

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three matchups, Dardanelle finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Green Forest Tigers by a score of 2-1. The loss put an end to the Sand Lizards' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Dardanelle fell to 6-1. As for Green Forest, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Coming up, Dardanelle will venture away from home to square off against Morrilton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up.
