Dickinson extended their winning streak to seven games thanks to a huge performance from TroyNelle Belle. The Gators came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 41-37 W against the Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos with plenty of help from Belle, who went 9-for-20 en route to 29 points. His big performance that morning made it eight games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Valin Idusuyi, who posted four points and ten rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted ten or more boards the last three times he's played.

Dickinson's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Fort Bend Marshall, their loss dropped their record down to 13-6.

Dickinson has already played their next game, a 55-51 defeat against Mansfield Summit on the 13th. As for Fort Bend Marshall, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 63-51 loss against Memorial on the 13th.
