Volleyball Recap: Rosman Comes Up Short

Rosman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Hayesville Yellowjackets, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Yellowjackets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 4th.

While Rosman was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-22, 25-21.

Rosman's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Hayesville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 14 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season.

Rosman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Cherokee on the 2nd. As for Hayesville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Robbinsville on the 2nd.
