Softball Recap: Big Walnut Wins Going Away Against Westerville South

After only two runs in their last matchup, Big Walnut made sure to put some runs up on the board against Westerville South on Monday. The Golden Eagles put the hurt on the Wildcats with a sharp 16-4 victory. The win continues a trend for the Golden Eagles in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won four in a row.

Kennedy Reed was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.
