Oliver Springs made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Campbell County, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bobcats put the hurt on the Cougars with a sharp 13-3 win on Thursday. The victory was nothing new for the Bobcats as they're now sitting on six straight.

Liam Boeke made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over 4.2 innings pitched. Boeke was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 3-for-4.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Eli Brummett, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, six RBI, and two runs. That home run was his first of the season. Cooper Jones was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-2.

Oliver Springs always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .686. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .600 or higher in four consecutive contests.
