Wheelersburg put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Waverly Tigers. Considering the Pirates have won 11 games by more than nine runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Wheelersburg's victory was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-0. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.2 runs over those games. As for Waverly, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

Coming up, Wheelersburg will head out to challenge Circleville at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Pirates surely won't give up without a fight. As for Waverly, they will host Minford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
