Volleyball Recap: Harrison Wins Going Away Against Hamilton

Harrison had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Hamilton on Monday. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Big Blue. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Big Blue: they've now won three in a row.

Harrison was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-19.

Aubrey Templin paced Harrison's offense, picking up 25 kills. Templin got some help from Kenna Farris and her 20 assists. Templin was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Harrison now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Hamilton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Harrison will head out to face off against South Dearborn at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hamilton, they will face off against Lakota West at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
