Volleyball Recap: 12 Straight Home Wins for Denver South

Denver South posted their closest victory since November 2, 2024 on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Eaglecrest Raptors. That's more bragging rights for the Ravens, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Denver South had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 21-25, 22-25, 25-22, 25-21, 15-11.

Despite the loss, Eaglecrest saw an underclassman step up: freshman Natalia Jarzebczyk had four digs and one block.
