Soccer Recap: Southern Nash Comes Up Short

Southern Nash managed to keep up with Millbrook until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Firebirds came up short against the Wildcats, falling 4-1. Having soared to a lofty ten goals in the game before, Southern Nash couldn't push the score so high this time.

Southern Nash's defeat dropped their record down to 3-1-1. As for Millbrook, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southern Nash is headed away from home for the first time to challenge D.H. Conley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Millbrook, they will head out to take on Wake Forest at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
