The Rim of the World Fighting Scots scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They blew past Eisenhower 80-53 on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Rim of the World has managed all season.
Rim of the World got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ethan Thornburg out in front who dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Paxton, who scored 18 points along with nine rebounds and five assists.
The victory makes it two in a row for Rim of the World and bumps their season record up to 8-12. As for Eisenhower, they dropped their record down to 7-16 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
Rim of the World will take on Kaiser at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Eisenhower does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
