Cassie Walsh posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. As a matter of fact, she turned in her biggest game of the season, striking out 12 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Walsh and Serena will take on Somonauk at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
