Brighton Harris looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Kokomo let Cameron Parks and J.J. Gillespie run wild. Parks earned three runs and three stolen bases, while Gillespie went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI and one double. That's the most stolen bases Parks has posted over his last ten matchups.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Anderson and Shenandoah meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Monday. The Indians came up short against the Raiders, falling 11-4.

Anderson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was KeAvon Burt, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Kokomo pushed their record up to 12-7 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Anderson, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-10.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Thursday as neither team is afraid to steal. Kokomo has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.2 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Anderson struggles in that department as they've been averaging 3.2 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.

Kokomo beat Anderson 11-7 in their previous meeting back in May of 2022. Will the Wildkats repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
