Soccer Game Preview: Tatum vs. Spring Hill

Tatum is 0-10 against Spring Hill since March of 2019 but things could change on Friday. The Tatum Eagles will host the Spring Hill Panthers at 5:00 p.m. Tatum has given up an average of 5.5 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.

Tatum is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to eight goals on Friday, they were much more limited against Kilgore on Monday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 13-0. Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Spring Hill, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. While the 4-4 score might suggest a draw, it was Spring Hill who was credited with the win on Tuesday. Spring Hill got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to Pine Tree's three.

Tatum's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Spring Hill, they pushed their record up to 14-4 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.
