Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Holt). They came out on top against the American Christian Academy Patriots by a score of 60-50 on Tuesday. For the Ironmen , this counts as revenge for the 67-42 win the Patriots walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2023.

Several Patriots players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Alexander Ray, who posted 12 points. Another player making a difference was William Thrasher, who earned eight points.

Holt's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-15. As for American Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-15.

Holt wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 56-33 win against West Blocton on the 16th. American Christian Academy has also already played their next match (against Bibb County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
