Baseball Recap: Slidell Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Slidell and Sam Houston squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Slidell had to settle for second. They fell 4-0 to the Broncos. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Broncos this season, with their most recent defeat being a 4-2 loss on Tuesday.

Slidell saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cory Rushing, who went 1-for-2 with one double.
