Basketball Recap: Jefferson City Takes a Loss

Jefferson City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 54-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ozark Tigers. The Jays were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2022.

Jefferson City's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Ozark, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Jefferson City and Father Tolton will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ozark will take on West Plains in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
