Basketball Recap: Fletcher Takes a Loss

Fletcher suffered their biggest defeat since January 7th on Monday. They took a blow against the Carrollton Trojans, falling 57-17. The loss leaves the Senators still looking for their first win of the season.

Despite the defeat, Fletcher saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Wiley Crenshaw posted two points and four steals.

Fletcher's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Carrollton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Fletcher wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 48-17 defeat against South Walton on the 25th. As for Carrollton, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 48-31 victory against Ribault on the 25th.
