Basketball Recap: Mandarin Falls to Riverside in First Game of Season

Mandarin kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost to the Riverside Generals on the road by a 63-47 margin. The Mustangs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Generals from their previous meeting back in December of 2018.

Mandarin lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Enzo Lee, who posted 12 points. Andre Ling was another key player, putting up six points.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mandarin will face off against Duval Charter at 7:00 p.m. on the 20th. As for Riverside, they will take on Bishop Kenny at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
