Basketball Game Preview: Flint Southwestern Academy Knights vs. Genesee Wolves

The Flint Southwestern Academy Knights will venture away from home to take on the Genesee Wolves at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Flint Southwestern Academy didn't have quite enough to beat Bendle and fell 36-34. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Meanwhile, Genesee fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Kearsley on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 79-70 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hornets. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Flint Southwestern Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Genesee, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.
