Basketball Recap: Brady Takes a Loss

Brady was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 19th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Loomis Wolves, falling 74-32. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-15.

Brady's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Braylon Mcbride, who went 6 of 10 on his way to 13 points, and Brody Telitz, who posted six points.

Loomis was led to victory by Graham Trompke and Cade Hays. Trompke went 7 for 10 en route to 15 points and four steals, while Hays went 6 of 9 on his way to 18 points and four steals. Hays is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last four games he's played. Another player making a difference was Grady Keeshan, who scored nine points and three steals.

Brady's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Loomis, they pushed their record up to 7-7 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Brady didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 77-40 defeat against Sandhills Valley on the 28th. As for Loomis, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 73-65 win against Blue Hill on the 24th.
