Basketball Recap: Buffalo Comes Up Short

Buffalo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 47-19 loss at the hands of the Aurora Houn Dawgs. While losing is never fun, the Bison can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 401st, while the Houn Dawgs are ranked 57th).

Buffalo's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Aurora, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1.

Buffalo has already played their next contest, a 62-33 loss against Clever on the 28th. As for Aurora, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 49-36 defeat against Kickapoo on the 28th.
