Herbert Hoover's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Princeton as they made off with a 10-0 victory. The result was nothing new for Herbert Hoover, who have now won 11 contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Capital). They blew past Ripley 7-0 on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Capital considering their one-goal performance the match before.

The win made it two in a row for Capital and bumps their season record up to 10-7-4. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matchups. As for Herbert Hoover, their win bumped their record up to 14-3-3.
