Volleyball Recap: Shelby County Cougars Comes Up Short

Shelby County Cougars lost against Millington Central back in August of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Shelby County Cougars lost 3-0 to Millington Central.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-8, 25-14.

Shelby County Cougars' defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Millington Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-13 record this season.

Shelby County Cougars will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on West Memphis Christian at 4:00 p.m. on the 13th. Millington Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
