Volleyball Game Preview: Sickles Gryphons vs. Largo Packers

The Sickles Gryphons will face off against the Largo Packers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Sickles is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Gaither as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The Gryphons not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since August 26th (when they won 3-0).

Meanwhile, Largo had to endure a three-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past Leto 3-0 on Tuesday.

The win got Sickles back to even at 13-13. As for Largo, their victory bumped their record up to 19-3.

Sickles beat Largo 3-1 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Do the Gryphons have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Packers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
