Basketball Recap: Mountain View Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Mountain View Christian Academy lost against Easley HomeSchool back in November and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Mountain View Christian Academy Mustangs took a 45-34 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Easley HomeSchool Guardians.

Despite the loss, Mountain View Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Kiersten Kassner, who went 5 of 9 en route to 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lexi West, who posted 14 points.

Mountain View Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Easley HomeSchool, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Mountain View Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 55-35 defeat against Carolina Christian on the 16th. As for Easley HomeSchool, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Greenville H at 6:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
