The Hamilton-Wenham Regional Generals will venture away from home to take on the Rockport Vikings at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hamilton-Wenham Regional will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.

Hamilton-Wenham Regional is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They blew past Triton Regional 9-1 on Tuesday. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Hamilton-Wenham Regional's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 37th, while Triton Regional are ranked 297th).

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Rockport's offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Newburyport on Tuesday. Rockport have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Rockport's loss dropped their record down to 5-4-2. As for Hamilton-Wenham Regional, their victory bumped their record up to 10-1.

Hamilton-Wenham Regional beat Rockport 2-0 when the teams last played back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Generals since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
