Baseball Recap: Pecos Comes Up Short

Pecos fought the good fight in their extra-innings game against Seminole on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Indians by a score of 5-4. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Pecos' loss dropped their record down to 8-16. As for Seminole, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-7.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Pecos will square off against rival Monahans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Seminole is set to challenge their familiar foe Fort Stockton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
