Soccer Recap: Mott Takes a Loss

Mott came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the Milford Mavericks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Milford this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-3 back in August.

Mott's loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-10-3. As for Milford, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-4-1.

Coming up, Mott will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Pontiac at 7:00 p.m. As for Milford, they will challenge Lake Fenton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
